We are available 7 days per week. Reservations are suggested, but walk-ins are always welcome. Please call (540)675-3086 or use the form to the right for appointments. Upon booking, please notify our reservations of any physical ailments, or conditions (including pregnancy) so that we can best accommodate you. So that you may completely enjoy your time with us, please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. All new clients will be requested to complete an intake form.

Because your Mountain Rose Spa services are reserved for you, we request the courtesy of a 72-hour cancellation notice on all spa packages and a 24 hour cancellation notice on all other services. Failure to cancel an appointment within the required amount of time will result in a charge of 50% of the full rate. No shows are charged at the full value. A credit card number will be taken at the time of booking to hold your reservation.

We accept clients of all ages. Some services may require parental release before services are rendered. To ensure relaxation, we ask that only those to whom services are rendered accompany our clients during services.

So that you are able to enjoy Mountain Rose Massage and Energy Center, we encourage you to make childcare arrangements for your little ones. Please respect the quiet and privacy of other guests by speaking softly or by simply enjoying the silence. In consideration of other guests, we ask that all cellular phone and pagers be turned off while at Mountain Rose Massage and Energy Center.

Mountain Rose Massage accepts Cash, checks, VISA, and Mastercard. There will be a $35.00 fee for returned checks. Mountain Rose Massage and Energy Center does not automatically add gratuity to your bill. Discrete envelopes are provided at the reception desk.

Gift Cards are available for all services, signature combination packages, al la carte items, or for specific dollar amounts. If you like, we will also customize a special experience for you. We will personalize and package your gift for a special presentation and at your request, we will mail the Gift Card to the designated recipient.
